Preliminary profiling has confirmed that Usman served as the Chief Finance Operative of the ISWAP enclave at Jubillaram, where he was responsible for managing the group's financial activities, coordinating logistics, and overseeing the movement of funds that sustained terrorist operations across the North-East. His decision to lay down arms follows a relentless series of coordinated land and air offensives conducted by Operation Hadin Kai against terrorist strongholds, operations that have systematically dismantled the group's command structures and severed its supply lines.
