Supporting the Alia/Tinubu 2027 Vision through community empowerment with solar-powered boreholes, relief materials and food supplies across Benue State
It is impossible to ignore the transformative wave sweeping through Benue State, and at the heart of it stands Engr. Livinus Tsar. Far more than just a supporter of the Alia/Tinubu 2027 vision, Livinus embodies what true grassroots impact should look like. His recent community empowerment initiative is not just charity; it is a deliberate, well-thought-out investment in both the immediate needs and the future stability of our communities.
By combining humanitarian relief with lasting infrastructure from food supplies and relief materials to solar-powered boreholes; Engineer Livinus sends a clear message: leadership is not confined to political office. In rallying behind the people-focused governance of Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he reinforces a truth we too often forget that the real change begins when citizens take ownership of the nation’s transformation.
On July 17, 2025, Engr. Tsar visited the wives of traditional rulers in Konshisha Local Government Area, whom he fondly referred to as “his mothers.” During the visit, he donated 75 pieces of wrappers, 183 bags of maize, and 102 bags of garri. His gesture extended beyond the royal families, reaching the wider community with an additional 804 bags of maize and 924 bags of garri, directed especially toward youths and vulnerable households.
The philanthropic outreach continued in Buruku LGA, particularly the Mbanyam community, where Engr. Tsar was warmly received by Sir Alex Addingi, the Special Adviser on International Investment. There, he provided 53 wrappers and several hundred bags of maize to support the royal mothers and community members. Sir Addingi praised the effort, urging continuous prayers for Engr. Tsar’s health and strength to sustain his humanitarian work. He emphasized that the visit and donations represent a deep commitment to community well-being and social cohesion.
Beyond food support, Engr. Livinus Tsar, through the LIVITSAR Support Group for Alia/Tinubu 2027, has also embarked on a transformative infrastructure initiative aimed at addressing one of the most pressing needs in rural communities, access to clean water. The group has commissioned solar-powered water borehole projects across Vandekiya and Buruku Local Government Areas of Benue State. This project is designed to provide sustainable, clean, and reliable water sources for underserved communities, reduce the burden on women and children who travel long distances to fetch water, and improve public health.
With these empowerment acts focused on solar-powered water boreholes and food palliatives for the vulnerable carried out across 176 wards in Benue State, the impact has been far-reaching and deeply felt among rural communities, traditional institutions, and local households.
The solar-powered borehole project underscores the group's commitment to long-term community development and sustainable solutions. It also highlights their support for the visionary leadership of Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, both of whom advocate for inclusive governance, infrastructure renewal, and grassroots empowerment.
Through these combined efforts—food relief, clothing donations, and solar infrastructure, Engr. Tsar has not only demonstrated compassion and generosity but also reaffirmed his commitment to the people of Benue State.
