Lazarus Abuah Appointed Personal Assistant to NYO Deputy President

In a strategic move to strengthen youth leadership at the national level, the Nigeria Youth Organization (NYO) has appointed Lazarus Abuah as the Personal Assistant to the Deputy President (North) of the organization. The appointment, which took effect immediately, was confirmed in a formal letter dated March 4, 2024, signed by the Deputy President himself, Nasiru Doka Shinkafi.

According to the letter, Abuh is expected to assist and advise the Deputy President on all leadership matters, both official and otherwise. His new role positions him at the heart of youth policy engagement and organizational coordination within the NYO’s northern bloc.

This appointment reflects NYO’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusive youth participation and to build a formidable structure capable of driving national development initiatives through the empowerment of young leaders.
