The Kaltungo Chiefdom is set to host its annual cultural festival, a vibrant event celebrating the rich diversity and cultural heritage of its people. The Kaltungo Carnival, held annually, is more than just a social gathering. It serves as a platform to promote peace, unity, and socio-economic development within the chiefdom and Gombe State at large.
His Royal Highness, the Mai Kaltungo, Engr. Sale Muhammad Umar (OON), who is also the Deputy Chairman of the Gombe State Council of Emirs and Chiefs, along with the entire people of the chiefdom, extends an open invitation to all to experience the cultural wealth and communal harmony of their homeland.
The 2024 edition of the carnival is organized under the capable leadership of Hajiya Sa’adatu Mustapha, popularly known as Alkebban Kaltungo, who serves as the chairperson of the organizing committee.
