If you exported the Corrupt Trinity, Tinubu, Akpabio, and Wike to the United States and gave them the keys to the White House, they wouldn't just lead the country, they would ensure the American democratic experiment was brought to the World Trade Centre’s Ground Zero. This is not hyperbole, it is a clinical observation of their operational manual.
In Nigeria today, we are witnessing a masterclass in institutional capture. Tinubu has a specific way of setting up his administration: he selects people whose consciences are already mortgaged by their corrupt records. His relationship with Akpabio and Wike is not merit-based, it is a marriage of sheer convenience. Having hollowed out the PDP, the Trinity has now turned its Judicial Corrupt Weapon toward the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The Golden Cage - Wike’s Judicial Real Estate.
Nyesom Wike is currently playing the role of the chief architect of judicial compromise. Under the guise of Presidential Intervention, he is constructing 40 housing units for judges in Abuja. When an FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike of all people, a political operative known for crushing his own party as opposition, personally hands over luxury keys to judges, he is not improving welfare; he is building a Golden Cage.
A judge living in a house built by the executive, with a spouse (like Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike) elevated through political patronage, cannot be expected to rule against that same executive. It is a transactional arrangement where justice is the currency for comfort.
The Mic Testing - The Case of Justice John Tsoho.
The recent reports surrounding the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, provide the mic testing evidence we need. As of March 2026, Justice Tsoho is under fire from the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) for allegedly operating undeclared bank accounts. Furthermore, reports have surfaced of his wife being intercepted with a substantive amount of USD at the airport.
The pattern is sickeningly predictable:
A. The judge passes a judgment that allegedly favors the Federal Government.
B. Rumors or evidence of proceeds of the ruling emerge.
C. The Executive holds the investigative file over the judge's head to ensure future loyalty.
This is how the Trinity operates. They don't need to fire a judge, they just need to own their conscience through their past and present records.
The ADC vs. The Status Quo Trap.
The current assault on the ADC is being conducted through chameleon judicial steps. We see Wike’s hand in the familiar factionalization strategy. In court, his signature phrase is maintain the status quo. In reality, status quo is a code for: "Hold on, let’s watch the opposition's reaction before we land the final gavel." It is a tactical freeze used to paralyze legitimate party leadership while government-sponsored factions are legitimized.
But the ADC is not the PDP. We are more angry and combative. To counter this, we deploy these legal arguments:
1. Jurisdictional Bar.
The Supreme Court has ruled that courts lack the jurisdiction to interfere in a party’s internal leadership disputes. Any judge entertaining a faction suit is acting in contempt of judicial precedent.
2. The Notice Trap.
We refuse to be victims of ex parte orders that use status quo to grant an interim injunction through the back door.
3. Abuse of Process.
We will pursue the maximum penalties against the lawyers and interlopers who facilitate this judicial forum-shopping.
A Message to the Architects of Ruin.
To Tinubu, Akpabio, and Wike: We see you. We see the mic testing in the courts and the Golden Cages in Katampe and Asokoro. You have destroyed the PDP, but you will find the ADC a far more resilient wall.
We will go to any length to save our democracy. If you think you can trample on the ADC with the same corrupt weapons you used on others, you have miscalculated. The spirit of the Nigerian people is not for sale, and our democracy will not be brought to Ground Zero.
If democracy is tilting towards people's rescue, it is because you have abandoned the people to insecurity, bad economic policies and institutional failures. ADC is not just a constitutional child of democratic necessity, it is a people's option to saving lives and restoring order to our beloved country, Nigeria. We vow to protect it.
