In yet another grand display of generosity and commitment to his people, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa PhD (Jarman Bebeji), the member representing Kiru/Bebeji Constituency in the House of Representatives, has disbursed massive Ramadan palliatives to his constituents, reaching an impressive 10,000 beneficiaries. This annual intervention, which has become a tradition under his leadership, aims to cushion the economic hardship faced by his people, particularly during the sacred month of Ramadan.
Beyond financial aid, Hon. Jibrin Kofa also extended his empowerment program to over 2,000 youths, equipping them with craft tools to foster self-reliance. These tools, carefully selected to align with various trades, will enable young people to acquire skills, generate income, and contribute meaningfully to the local economy. This initiative aligns with his broader vision of empowering the youth and reducing unemployment in Kiru and Bebeji.
Speaking on the initiative, some beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude, describing Jibrin Kofa as a leader who truly understands the struggles of his people. "This support came at the right time when many of us are struggling to provide for our families," said one recipient. "May Allah continue to bless and protect Hon. Jibrin Kofa for his generosity."
The lawmaker, who has consistently prioritized the welfare of his constituents, reaffirmed his commitment to serving the people beyond politics.
