With unparalleled humility and utmost conduct, I bring you greetings from over ten million members of the Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO) across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT, Abuja.
This Courtesy Visit remains a remarkable one as today 4th December 2024 marks the 44th Year Anniversary Celebrations of the Nigeria Youth Organization (NYO).
Your Excellency, let me start by appreciating you for granting us an opportunity to pay you a Courtesy Visit despite your tight schedules and engagements especially at this moment of budget presentation.
*A BRIEF FACT ABOUT NYO*
The Nigeria Youth Organization NYO is a National Youth Body founded in December 1980 as a Trustee Based Youth Organization with RC Number 5257.
The Nigeria Youth Organization was founded with the belief that the Youth, as a class, have a common destiny and obligation to society, the nation and humanity at large.
Atop of this is the Organisation's desire to serve as catalyst for the promotion of Peace and Unity in Nigeria and to serve as facilitator for inter - element/system dialogue, all in order to foster Ideal and harmonious living among Nigerians.
We are committed to Excellence and Patriotism and as well poised at building a Virile, more United and Progressive Nigeria. We are the Vanguard for the Wellbeing of the Nigerian Youths.
*PURPOSE OF OUR VISIT*
1. To continue giving Your Excellency all necessary support and solidarity as Progressive Stakeholders in the Nigerian Project.
2. To officially commend your leadership ingenuity by conferring on you with a DISTINGUISHED NATIONAL MERIT AWARD OF EXCELLENCE AS THE MOST DEDICATED NIGERIAN GOVERNOR in recognition of your administration's commitment towards the overall development of Abia State and Nigeria at large.
3. To officially decorate you as the National Executive Patron of the Nigeria Youth Organization (NYO). We the youths have chosen you as our Role Model and that's why we are here to decorate you our Executive Patron.
4. To request that you establish Abia State Youth Development Commission and well build Abia Centre for Youth Development. This will go a long way in addressing youth restiveness in Abia State and Nigeria at large.
