President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured French investors that Nigeria is open for business, emphasizing his administration's commitment to creating a conducive environment for foreign investments to flourish.
Addressing investors during a joint press briefing with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace on Thursday, Tinubu highlighted the progress made in stabilizing Nigeria's security landscape.
“We’ve been working on stabilizing the security system in Nigeria, and we are getting closer and closer,” Tinubu stated. “We are doing better now in the area of security. I can assure all investors that Nigeria is open for business.”
He further assured potential investors of Nigeria’s commitment to fostering a free market economy. “We guarantee a free market economy: easy entry, easy exit, no hindrances,” Tinubu said, reiterating his government's determination to make Nigeria an attractive destination for foreign investments.
