The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has praised Comrade Tosin Adeyanju, the Executive Secretary/CEO of the National Lottery Trust Fund, as a ‘blessed child’ poised to make significant contributions through his role. This commendation came during Adeyanju’s visit to the Ooni’s palace, marking the presentation of vital medical equipment to the Ijebu Jesa General Hospital in Osun State.
The Ooni lauded Adeyanju as a commendable and responsible figure, expressing gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for his appointment. He highlighted Adeyanju’s potential to positively impact Nigeria and urged him to prioritize the country’s development through effective use of the lottery fund.
Adeyanju, deeply moved by the warm reception, emphasized his commitment to addressing the needs of Nigerians across all states, irrespective of political affiliations. He outlined the NLTF’s renewed focus on various sectors, including sports, disaster relief, education, agriculture, and health, with a notable donation to Ijebu Ijesha as evidence of President Tinubu’s dedication to the people of Osun.
