Everton, Lyon, and Marseille are currently in a fierce competition to sign Leicester City’s midfield maestro, Wilfred Ndidi. Reports from PUNCH Sports Extra confirm that these clubs have intensified their efforts, each having already submitted offers for the talented 27-year-old Nigerian international.
According to Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna, Lyon initially appeared to be in pole position to secure Ndidi’s services. Despite making a formal offer, they have yet to finalize the deal. The race for Ndidi's signature has thus opened up, with Everton and Marseille keen to capitalize on the delay.
Adding another layer of complexity, AS Monaco has also expressed interest in Ndidi. With his contract at Leicester set to expire at the end of the month, the Foxes are eager to extend his tenure at the King Power Stadium. This transfer saga promises to keep fans on the edge of their seats as the clubs vie for Ndidi's exceptional skills.
