The Federal Government, through the Bank of Industry (BOI), has launched an ambitious new initiative called the Rural Area Programme on Investment and Development (RAPID). In its pilot phase, RAPID will select 10 beneficiaries from each of Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), resulting in a total of 370 beneficiaries.
