Dr. Umeoji's journey to this esteemed position is marked by a trailblazing academic and professional record. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Jos, she furthered her education with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a first-class honours degree in law from Baze University, Abuja. Her pursuit of excellence continued with a Master of Laws from the University of Salford, United Kingdom, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Calabar. Notably, she also obtained a doctorate in business administration from Apollos University, USA.
With an impressive array of qualifications, Dr. Umeoji has earned recognition as a distinguished professional in the banking sector. She is a Fellow of prestigious institutions including the UK Chartered Banker Institute, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Credit Administration, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
