Amidst a backdrop of regional challenges and opportunities, President Tinubu articulated Nigeria's readiness to embrace its role as a catalyst for continental economic integration. With unwavering resolve, he championed the establishment of the African Central Bank, citing it as a pivotal step towards realizing the collective aspirations outlined in the Abuja Treaty.
Addressing a diverse assembly of African leaders, President Tinubu underscored the imperative of unity in tackling the formidable obstacles facing the continent. From the specter of climate change to the scourge of coup-driven instability, Tinubu urged African nations to forge a common front, grounded in solidarity and cooperation.
The recent spate of military takeovers in several African countries prompted Tinubu to issue a clarion call for regional cohesion, emphasizing that disagreements over governance should not fracture the enduring bonds of African brotherhood.
