Ebonyi Rep Distributes Relief Materials to Flood Victims and Indigent People in his Constituency

The Member Representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly and the Chairman, House Committee on Reformatory Institute, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah OON weekend, distributed relief materials to the flood victims and indigents of Ikwo and Ezza South Local Government Area in Ebonyi State.

The distributions of the relief materials cut across every thirty-one (31) electoral wards that make up Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency.

Ogah attracted these relief materials through the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) comprising; food items, foams, mats, clothing, cash disbursement and other household materials to cushion the effect of the hunger strike in the area, acknowledged the leadership of NEMA for their humanitarian services and quick responses in conjunction to palliating citizens from rigors and adversities. 

Ogah also lauded His Excellency the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru (GGCEHF) for peace, conjugations and unifications of all National Assembly members from Ebonyi and the principle of peoples' charter of needs of his administration.

The zonal co-ordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency, Mrs Ngozi Echeazu aptly represented by Mr Nnanyelugo Ezeani, described the lawmaker as a leader with an interest of his people at heart, who has established a good relationship with many in a course of helping his people.

In response, the chairman of the programme Chief Anyim Best, Director General of Chinedu Ogah Campaign Organization, Hon. Chinedu Nwali, Former Chief of Staff, Hon. Godwin Mbam, Hon. Maxwell Nwali, Pastor Aloysius Ogah and Chief Mrs Monica Ogada commended the lawmaker's achievements and prayed to God to replenish him with greater opportunities.

Other dignitaries present were; Prof. Emeka Nwakpu, Hon. John Ogodo, Hon. Itapa Nkoshi, Hon. Marvin Anari,  Comr. Aloh J. Ejike, among others.
