As the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement, Yakassai acknowledged the efforts of Muslim leaders, scholars, and organizations in promoting harmony and understanding within the North West region. He commended their dedication to fostering a sense of community and encouraged them to continue their valuable work.

Yakassai also called on all Nigerians, irrespective of their religious beliefs, to join in celebrating Eid Maulud and to use this occasion as an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of unity and mutual respect. He emphasized the importance of interfaith dialogue and understanding, highlighting that diversity should be seen as a source of strength rather than division.

In conclusion, Yakassai extended his best wishes to all Muslim faithfuls, praying for a joyous and blessed Eid Maulud celebration. He expressed his gratitude to the President for his unwavering support in promoting religious harmony and fostering a sense of community across the nation.
