According to self-styled investigative Journalist David Hundeyin and the rest of his people on social media are ignorant of the law I choose my words carefully because they are emotive about it alluding that the President Elect Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has a Guinean Passport.
Let us just say that it is true that he has a Guinean Passport which is yet proven by these people. My question is what is their interest in his having a foreign passport that he lied on oaths which is perjury.
‘’You cannot be a judge and Jury in your court’’. You must prove beyond every reasonable doubts that he has committed such heinous crime in a court of competent jurisdiction. Alleging that he has committed a crime is criminal on their part because they have committed cyber-crime, libel and slander punishable under our extant laws to me they are ignorant.
2. How are they going to prove to the courts that the President Elect Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has a foreign passport? Are they going to apply to the Guinean Government to give them the certified true copy of a passport booklet or datapage of the passport, or the Immigration entry record of his passport issued to him?
3. if they have a copy of the passport datapage of another person without his due authorization are they not have committed a crime?
4. What is in their interest in his having a foreign passport when they are not even the contestants may be they are supporting the contestants that lost out in the election which the gives the Tribunal the laxity to entertain it but the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction on such matters as plated.
5. The main the issue here which is germane is that the Guinean passport alluded that the President Elect Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has was it part of the prayers by Atiku Abubakar of PDP and Peter Obi of LP which I very much doubt.
6. Please if the Guinean Passport issue was not in their respective prayers as contained in their Petition before the Tribunal David Hundeyin are mere Attention Seekers. They should contribute on how to build the country though some of us did not vote Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu but hence he was declared winner we cant burn the bridges we should allow peace in the country.
We call on these guys to sheathe their swords and work hard to make Nigeria GREAT. LETS PRAY FOR TINUBU to succeed in his time.
