Chief Of Staff: Let Us Not Put Asiwaju Under Pressure- Faleke.

The secretary of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council Chief Abiodun Faleke has called on Nigerians and his supporters in particular across board to trust in the judgement of Asiwaju on the choices he will make regarding appointments in his incoming government. 

Chief Faleke said the choice of a Chief of Staff is the prerogative of the President elect furthermore he said being a close disciple of Asiwaju and the Asiwaju Project he knows what the President elect has in mind he therefore call on Nigerians not to put Asiwaju under Pressure.  

Chief Faleke made this revelations through his Chief Lieutenant Mr. Tosin Adeyanju in a post shared by Mr. Tosin on his verified social media handles.

"I have read from here and several platforms various opinions and agitations requesting and wishing that I be appointed as the COS to the President-Elect. 

First I wish to thank all that felt I deserve it. Recall we all work together for this project and God took it off us and made it His own project and that was why we were able to win. The victory should be seen as God victory and knowing him for appointing the right people, God will guide him to do it again in the interest of Nigeria and not himself." Faleke said

Secondly, the position of COS is very personal to the appointer and not open for  public debate. I’m too close to the President-Elect to know what he thinks on some issues and plans to do and I’m aware of what he plans to do. 

Kindly let us join hands to pray for him to succeed and not to put him under pressure." He added

"Our Country Nigeria will be placed on a very strong foundation by TInubu and we will recover from our backwardness."
