2023: Tinubu Is The Only Candidate That Have The Right To Claim Victory.

Statistics and analytics have shown that only Tinubu have the right to clearly claim victory in the just concluded General elections under the law of land which stipulates that the person with the highest number of votes and with 25% in 2/3 of the federating states and the FCT should be decleared the winner by INEC.

Going by the result only Tinubu secured the required 25% in the 2/3 of the state including the federal capital which constitutionaly is treated as a state and not a super state that most be won for one to become Nigeria's President elect.

The very notion of one man one vote does not permit that any state or entity should have a super power that winning such state or constituency is a most to win an election.

Below is the statistics of how the states voted and why Tinubu is the only candidate that have the right to claim victory.

Atiku won in 12 states.
9 of the 12 are Northern states. He won 75% from his geopolitical zone.
They are Yobe, Gombe, Adamawa, Katsina, Bauchi, Kaduna, Kebbi, Sokoto and Taraba.
He won in only Osun, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa in the entire South.
And he did not win any state in North Central. 5 of the 9 from North were NE states and 4 from NW.

Obi also won 12 states with 9 from South and 3 from North (all NC of Nasarawa, Plateau and FCT). He won all 5 in SE, Edo, Delta and Cross River in SS and Lagos in SW (lol).
He also won a sectional 75% from his zone.

Tinubu won 12 states as well.
He won 6 in the North and 6 in the South.
That is 50-50.
Equal between North and South.
Apart from SE, he won at least a state in all other geopolitical zone.
He won in 4 SW states of Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun and Oyo.
He won Kwara, Kogi, Niger and Benue in NC.
He won Borno in NE and Rivers in SS and Jigawa and Zamfara in NW.
Tinubu won 3 geopolitical zones of SW, NC and NW had came second in the other 3 where he did not win.

In contrast, Atiku won only NE and second in SW and NW came 3rd by miles in and NC and SE. lol.

Obi won SE and SS second in NC but no showing at all in NW and NE. He came 3rd in SW with about 845k votes to Atiku’s 947k.

Tinubu also got 25% in 29 states.

Atiku is 21 states and Obi in 17 states.

The Constitution requires the person with the highest number of votes and with 25% in 2/3 of the federating states and the FCT the winner
