Implications Of Having An IPOB Terrorist As Lagos State Governor.

Terrorism is about to be institutionalised in Nigeria as a prominent IPOB member Mr. Patrick Gbadebo is set to become the Governor of West Africa's largest economy.

With the continued dominance of the Labour Party in Lagos state it is becoming clearer by the day that the dreaded separatists terrorist organization is set to solidify it's standing by building a firm political base that will give it not only a political cover but an unlimited source of funding.

If Saturday 27 February, 2023 Presidential and National Assembly election results were anything to go by then Mr.  Gbadebo a former deputy commander of the IPOB in Anambra state and one of the top commanders of the End SARS movement is set to become a governor of the richest state in Nigeria.

If this happens it will compromise the entire security structure of the Southwest and hand over same to the dreaded IPOB terrorist.

Then terrorism will be institutionalised and state sponsored terrorism will be established in Nigeria similar to what we have in Lebanon where Hizbullah enjoys considerable political backing.

We also have the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, the Lord Resistance Army in Congo, the IRI In Northern Ireland the Taliban in Pakistan amongst other terrorist organizations with a political base and political positions. Which make any attempt by the government to crackdown on these groups nearly impossible.

Having an Ipob member as the Governor of Lagos will come with a very high price to the southwest region in particular and Nigeria in General.
