In a surprising twist of events unconfirmed results coming from Adamawa state shows that the PDP candidate and Adamawa state Governor Ahmed Fintiri is leading his closest rival Senator Aisha Binani of the APC with over a hundred thousand votes in the twenty local government areas released so far.
Also the somewhat disorganised PDP camp has regained some of its strength and are calling on the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to announce the winner of the election. Something they have been vehemently resisting since yesterday causing chaos and threats to violence.
The former vice President and Presidential candidate of the opposition PDP in the just concluded Presidential election Atiku Abubakar was on air moment ago to demand the completion of the process and announcement of the winner of the said election by INEC.
It seems the PDP has found a new motivation behind their newfound hope and vigour.
These lead many Nigerians familiar with the activities of the PDP to begin to question weather the PDP has found a way to hack into the INEC server and alter the result on the Irev.
PDP has been notorious for election rigging, fraud and outright disregard for the electoral process. The party has also been suspected severally of trying to hack into the INEC server, most recent was during the just concluded Presidential election.
Nigerians are waiting keenly and hoping that the choice of Binani as the first female governor in Nigeria will not be truncated by the PDP and it's co conspirators reminiscent of the late Aisha Maman Taraba of the APC that saw the rape of her victory four years ago.
