Abuja Network News has uncovered another sinister plan by the opposition PDP to rig the elections in it's favor amidst Naira notes scarcity causing excruciating pain to citizens.
It was discovered that the PDP has stockpiled billions of the new Naira Notes in different locations across the country for the sole purpose of vote buying.
It can be recalled that Abuja Network News has reported how some top PDP chieftains smuggled N50 billion out of the CBN coffers which was later found to part of a N120 billion loan facility belonging to Delta State government.
An inside source also told ANN that PDP has acquired billions of Naira through other sources in the CBN, Zenith Bank and Access Bank for the soul purpose of buying votes and bribing necessary personnel in oder to achieve the sinister plan.
The plan is twofold as follows, a certain amount of money has been set aside for community leaders in the PDP's area of interest, all major stakeholders starting from village heads, chiefs, market leaders, vigilant groups, Youth and women groups amongst others will be settled in oder to give their agents a field day, youths and the vigilant groups will also be mobilise to provide cover and deter any protest thereof.
The PDP plan to rig the elections from selected remote villages with poor network and security apparatus. The villages has already been selected and their agents are currently moving stockpiles of the New Naira notes to different locations waiting for the signal to start disbursing same to the selected stakeholders.
When all is been done the PDP agents will have their ways on election days, they have already cloned multiple permanent voter cards of people in each pooling unit to enable them claim any number of votes of people who were not present at the unit to cast their votes, taken cognisance of the number of registered voters in every pooling unit to avoid the Osun experience of over voting.
The second phase of the plan is to take place in the urban and semi urban areas where outright inflation of figure might be difficult.
The plan in this areas most especially in the North is to use a select group of Islamic scholars, Qur'anic teachers and women traders who were already engaged in an ongoing mass inductrination campaign to share a substantial amount of the new notes to each voter as part payment and take their details with the promise to pay the balance after the elections.
According to report from inside source that's the major reason why Atiku Abubakar and other PDP stakeholders are supporting the CBN redesign policy because they know with the scarcity of the new notes in town it will be difficult for people to reject their offer of free new notes in exchange for votes.
