Breaking: Court Restrained FG From Implementing Naira Redesign Policy.

A federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted an interim oder of mandatory injunction restraining the full implementation of the new naira notes redesign policy. 

This is as a result of a prayers made in motion filed by Action Alliance AA, Action People's Party APP, Allied People's Movement APM and National Rescue Movement (NRM)

According the copies of the ruling seen by Abuja Network News The Court has retrained the FG from  stopping the  usage and  acceptance of the old Naira notes as legal tender on the 10th of February as announced by the CBN last week.

It can be recalled that earlier today Abuja Network News has reported that the trio of Kaduna,Kogi and Zamfara States have dragged the FG to the supreme court seeking similar injunction.
